To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, please review our scheduling policy: 1. Scheduling Appointments: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our online booking system. Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all booking requests to ensure availability. 2. Confirmation: Once an appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with the appointment details. Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are needed. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50. 4. Arrival Window: Our team will provide an estimated arrival window of 1-2 hours. We strive to arrive within this window but will notify you promptly if there are any unexpected delays. 5. Access to Property: Please ensure that our cleaning team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If you will not be present, please provide instructions for entry (e.g., key location, access codes). We will not be put in the position of being left alone in a home with a minor (under 18 years old) with out an adult supervision. 6. Special Requests and Instructions: If you have any special requests or specific instructions for our team, please communicate them when scheduling your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. 7. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards. If your home requires more than 3 hours for a maintenance cleaning we will notify you before further charges incur. 8. Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address any concerns promptly.
